Sculptures

Project: “Recycled Future”, 2013-2016.

NeoSculpture made of over 25.000 pieces such as watches, computer parts, toys and many many more. This piece is reminding us of the vast number of unused materials such as plastic or any unwanted goods. We have turned that clutter into sleek, film set-like work of art. Recycled Future at the Gherkin, March 2017

Project: “Babel”, 2017.
CREATION TIME: 2016-2017
MEASUREMENTS:
L 75 cm x W 70 cm x H 130 cm WEIGHT 50 kg
MATERIALS:
Computer parts, insulation foam, fiber optic, LED
DESCRIPTION:
‘Babel’ is a revived metaphor, a tale told over 2000 years ago.
The story gains its meaning once again with our pursuit for knowledge.
Computers serve as a portal to it and we are building denser and more tangled web.
The more complex wive, the closer to understanding of ourselves, the world around and eventually everything.
But can we sustain the growth for long enough, before it collapses under its own weight?
Will we find that one global language and progress in peace?
This sculpture is made of the obsolete mother boards and parts of machines which couldn’t keep up with it’s maker-human.
